Arbonne UK have been ‘over here’ for about 8 years now. Originally set up in Switzerland, by a gentleman name Petter Morck who wanted two things. Firstly he wanted to give families, pure, safe, beneficial products that were formulated without nasties to the highest specifications.  Then he wanted to make women millionaires, because he believes “when you make women millionaires, you change the world.  Petter achieved both his goals. Because of Arbonne UKArbonne UK, thousands of families now use products formulated using the safest of science, with the best of botanicals. The products have never been tested on animals, and don’t’ contain parabens, mineral oil, formaldehyde-donating preservatives. They are gluten-free and dairy free. We are vegan society approved – something Arbonne is very proud of.  All of our products are independently tested against the rest on the market, so you can be assured the quality is paramount.

He also achieved his second goal. Women are still unfairly discriminated against in the workplace, maternity leave, pay, institutionalised prejudices. Politics and Board meetings are woefully female-light. The policies and rules the world runs by, are in the main by men, for men.  Women earn on average3 £361,000 less over a lifetime and you are significantly more likely to live in poverty if you are female.  Because of these reasons, and more, women are drawn to Arbonne.  They understand the business model is about caring and sharing. Arbonne UK has no glass ceiling, no caps on earnings, no barriers to entry, training or success. Children are welcomed at business meetings with open arms.  Arbonne is an effort-based business so if you put the effort in, you will win!

To date, Arbonne has made so many women millionaires and many regularly receive monthly commission cheques of on average over £15,000 a month. Of course, this isn’t a purely female domain – lots of men make a success of this business too.

So what does it take to be an Arbonne consultant?  You need a drive and a determination to be willing to find half an hour a day to work your business. This really is all it takes initially. You have to want to create a change in your life, that change could be to earn an extra £200 a month for treats, or it could be to be retire in 5 years, travel the world, living financially free. Whatever it is, you have to really want it and be connected to it.  Initially for me, I wanted to earn enough to reduce my time working as a solicitor so I could spend more time with my children. My goals have changed and grown, but this is where I started. You have to be prepared to learn and be coachable. You also have to be prepared for it not to be easy.  It’s hard being told no, but this really is as hard as it gets. Get over that, and you’ll be fine!

If you’re interested in learning more or are ready to join me in business, either get in touch for a no-obligation chat, over the phone, online, or face to face  – whichever works better for you.
